CREATE A VISION STATEMENT:
In order to reach a goal it is absolutely essential
to have a clear vision. To
create a plan that best meets your needs the process
will begin with creating a vision statement that
you will hold. Your vision statement may be related
to health, mobility, self esteem, physical appearance,
being a good example to your children, or your physical
appearance to list a few. What is certain is your
vision will be unique to you. This vision statement
is designed to keep you motivated. |

Based on an exploration of
your strengths and lifestyle, coupled with a personally
developed vision, and supported by the “rules”
that support bio-individuality, a plan is shaped

Rhoads, founder and Director of “DesignHERdiet”
holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling
and Certification as a Holistic Health Counselor, as a
graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition,
which is affiliated with Columbia University.
Combining a passion for fitness, years of experience as
a counselor, and experience in the field of weight loss—as
a motivational speaker, trainer and counselor—Ms.
Rhoads promotes fitness and optimal weight and wellness
success through the DesignHerDiet program.

Ms. Rhoads works with each person considering bio-individuality,
as well as personal preferences and lifestyle, to create a personalized
eating program. For the first time, this program allows each
client to fully participate in designing a plan that supports
the active, healthy lifestyle we all choose to lead.
Described as an “inspirational” speaker and “innovative”
trainer, Ms. Rhoads has transformed the “dieting”
experience for many. Our mission is to partner with women to
design an eating plan that supports the most energized healthful
life possible - inviting every woman to discover how to eat
to live, and not live to diet.
