Kiddie Keep Well Camp is a non-profit camp that began as the Fresh Air Focused Camp in 1924. We are located in historic Roosevelt Park in Edison, NJ. Situated on a 15-acre wooded site, the Camp provides open space for the campers to explore nature, make friends, have fun and learn new things.

Over the past 80+ years, our mission has been to provide a safe, positive and healthy residential camping experience for disadvantaged children and seniors from Middlesex County. The children we serve are economically, socially, or physically at risk. We do not charge any participation fees. Children between the ages of 6-13 years are selected by the school nurse.

The Campers attend camp for a 12-day period at no cost to their family. We also have a Counselor-In-Training program for ages 14 & 15, and a summer camp program for senior citizens ages 65 and older.

ABOUT OUR STAFF: Our counselors are selected for their skills and education. Many come from local colleges or from exchange programs with other countries. Registered nurses staff the infirmary 24 hours a day. The administrative staff is professionally educated and certified in camp administration.

We are accredited by the American Camping Association, and licensed by the State Department of Health.
