Design. Staging your home to help you sell it as quickly as
possible, for as much as possible, is no different.
Staging fills your home with mood and ambiance so buyers can
form an emotional attachment and imagine themselves living
there.
So how do we do this?
A Professional Home Stager is trained to enter the property
with the eye of a potential buyer, looking for negatives as
well as positives. We then work on removing the negatives
and accentuating the positives. We will take as many of these
excuses off the table as possible, up front. This will preferably
result in positive feedback, and ultimately, a sale!
As a Professional Home Stager, I encourage sellers to detach
themselves from their property. Their home is now a product
that they are selling. Home Staging is entirely different
from decorating. When staging a home, we depersonalize the
space so potential buyers can envision their belongings in
the space. We tell clients to start packing early and begin
to envision themselves in their new space. |
