This is a specially formulated product that we use. We combine
powdered oxygen with crystal care, and a conditioner and we
mist the carpet. We don’t use steam or water, because
that causes mold in your carpets.
The mist sinks to the bottom of the carpet, then we have a
special vacuum that combs the product down then the vacuum
cleans it up and removes the stains. We also have a spot cleaner
that we will add free of charge for those damaged spots.
