The GMS Racing
Team
finished the year up in style. Not because of
the
results,
but because of the improvement of the riders and the closing
of
the
gaps in competiveness. 2006 was a building
year!
And build we did. The swapping out of
bikes from
KTM to Yamaha and
Kawasaki was huge. This was
little
Marv's first year on a 65cc and as you
can see by the
photo, he
is quickly getting adjusted. Marvin finished 3rd
out
of 8
in Delaware in early November. Next year should be very
interesting!
Brain Smith raced against the top 250 pro
riders in Delaware and finished
mid-pack against
National
caliber racers who came out for a $2,000 purse.
The most
important thing is the promotion of the site and our
sponsors.
Waving the GMS flag at every venue
is
critical.
