Network And Grow!

Networking "Working" is no longer a theory of ours, it is simply a fact!  Not only do we have hundreds of
examples to back that statement, but we also have over 5 years of data as well.  In 2005, Testimonials are
up 34%!  Traffic to givemeservice.com is up 27%! GMS Rebate Dollars refunded are up 320%!  Membership
growth is up 21%!   Site Inquiries are up 23%! And our personal favorite, G.R.O.A. total point activity is up 35%!
Exact numbers for 2005 will be detailed in Jan '06.

This is just through the first 3 quarters of '05.  Our point is that the GMS Network is growing and becoming more
active, more informed, and quite simply a better value as time rolls on.  The key is YOU and your activity!

It's Difficult to Grow Alone... So Don't!

In the last 12 months, over 350 testimonials have come in.  Through experience, we know we get 1 testimonial for every
4-5 usages in the GMS Network.   This means that members have been used over 1,500 times!   This statistic is for
member-to member activity only, and does not include usage from local communities at large.

One of lifes tuisms is "You have to give in order to receive".  In networking, it is even more critical.  By reaching out,
you most likely will receive a handshake in return. 

GMS evaluates every member in our network and when members leave, we analyze why and ask ourselves what we
could have done to better serve that member and why did they leave.  In almost every instance, we find that the member
leaving wasn't active, rarely reached out, and was just too busy to be active.  Many of these business are struggling
in "solo" mode.

Sounds negative, but the good news is that if we know what fails, we can avoid it!  We know "going it alone" is
difficult at best.  Don't do that.  Help is close by!

Small business owners are a generous community!  Together we can all grow and learn from each other.  If you have
a good service, others will want to know about it.  Networking creates a fertile environment for this type of information
sharing to happen  easily and efficiently.

In our opinion, networking is critical to business success especially for small businesses who don't have unlimited
resources for marketing efforts.  Word-of- Mouth is powerful.  We strongly recommend getting involved.  Its fun and easy! page.

September was a full throttle month and GMS Racing was there! Brian Smith - The annual Englishtown Race of Champions was our big day this month.  Brian raced against the top riders on the East Coast and finished 20th out of 62 entrants in the 125 Pro Class and 21st out of 40 in the 250 Pro Class as the KTM was back on the line.  The photo below shows Brian clearing a 75 foot tabletop.  He was simply SMOKIN! Marvin Ellis Jr. (4-6 stock) raced only once in Sept as weather didn't cooperate at all.  He finished 6th out of 11 riders who were all 2-3 years older. The breakthrough this month was mastering a 25 foot double jump.  Nice! Sean Knoll (7-9 yrs. stock) clinched 1st place in Atco track points and is currently 6th in District 6 points.  Sean raced to mid-pack finishes in PA and a 2nd place finish at Atco in September.
