Dear GMS:
While composing the testimonial for one of the Network's members, I realized that while, I've told each of you about my satisfaction with the Organization that I had not documented it. Hence, this email.

I want to thank all of you for your help and support since joining the Network. You not only "talk-the-talk" but "walk-the-walk." I was impressed from the first minute that I spoke to Marvin for about 45 minutes one evening when I called to leave a message to say "I'm interested in your service, please give me a call." He not only answered the phone but willingly took time from what he was doing to talk to me. I was sold then!

After meeting with Irina, I took the opportunity to seek feedback from people that I knew, but didn't know they were members of the Network, and received nothing but positive feedback about the three of you. It has always surprised me when I've gone to an event, because I didn't expect it, there you are (at least one of you)...doing what you do.

I recently switched from DSL to Optimum Online for Internet/e-mail Access. Remembering an e-mail that you guys sent out regarding troubleshooting outgoing mail server challenges, i tried the 'fix' but was still experiencing problems. Called Marvin and tried an 'over the phone' fix but was still experiencing a problem. That's when Marc came to the rescue. He came to my home office, fixed my access challenge ... and then shared with me security and performance downloads and even cleaned up my files and directory for me ... talk about service ... !! I never really thought much of web sites because with our business there is a lot of competition on the Internet. GMS recently designed a new site for me and it has already paid off. We just landed our biggest client (The Liberty Science Center) for our fundraising division.

The only place they saw us was on givemeservice.com. Next, they clicked on the link to my website and found out all about us. It shows that people other than GMS members utilize givemeservice.com. Mark and Marv have done a great job on getting GMS out there.
