course is designed as an introduction to Twitter, the
popular micro-blogging site. Basic terminology, equipment,
techniques and 3rd Party Applications will be discussed
and demonstrated. Attendees will learn basic information
about incorporating Twitter into their business marketing
plans.
This course will show how Twitter can be integrated into
your daily routines to expand their marketing footprint.
Twitter/Internet will be used by the Instructor to start
out and will progress to having Members create or update
their own Twitter accounts. If
you have a laptop, please bring it. (not required) |

201 For Business! Course Outline: Lunch
Included |
This
course is designed as a Follow-Up to Twitter 101 or for more
advanced users who are already familiar with all the basics.
Advanced Terminology, Message Creation, Timing, Hash Tag (#)
Usage, and various 3rd Party Applications will be demonstrated.
Attendees will learn important information and techniques about
incorporating Twitter into their business marketing plans. This
course will show attendees how Twitter can be integrated into
their daily routines through the usage of 3rd Party Applications
like TweetDeck or Seesmic Desktop to expand their marketing
footprint.
The Internet will be used by the Instructor and Members to update
their own Twitter accounts and start using 3rd Party Applications.
Wireless Internet Access is available
on site. Laptop or internet enabled “Smart Phone”
is required to participate. Current Twitter account is needed
as well. |
